Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field4+ years of related experience in employee communications rolePrior experience creating and managing content with strong project management skillsExcellent writing, editing and proofreading skillsPrior experience presenting to various audiences, including large teams, stakeholders, and executives.Ability to create clear, engaging, and targeted messaging for multiple stakeholder groups.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and interact with a cross-section of stakeholders and all levels of management across an organization.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience driving communication strategies in a health care setting, preferably in a health plan.Experience using metrics to gauge employee engagement and effectiveness of communications Advanced Microsoft Office 365, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite)Experience in project and program managementHiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $100,900 - $145,775
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $86,500 - $128,690
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
