In this role, you will plan, execute and integrate a range of communications activities including strategic planning, content development, channel execution, publishing, measurement and other operations in coordination with other teams and stakeholders both internal and external. You will also plan and execute community initiatives and volunteering activities in support of company goals and purpose.

How you will contribute

You will design and deliver outstanding internal and external communications and community engagement campaigns. In addition to these contributions, you will manage all aspects of communications internal and external channels and events; support local leadership and their teams, stakeholders and other functions internal and external communications activities, and ensure that activities are delivered within budget. You will also lead the strategic thinking and execution behind the Company’s community involvement initiatives with focus on engagement and measurement of impact.

Communications, including experience in internal leadership communications, employee engagement, and external press release writing.Written and spoken communication skills. Design and photography skills are a plusKnowledge of traditional and social media engagement and content creationExperience in events managementResults oriented and a hands-on mentalityWorking under pressure in a collaborative settingDealing with ambiguity and change agilityTime management priority setting and attention to detail

Role Requirements:

At least 5 years’ experience in corporate communications with emphasis on internal and external communications.Graduate of Communications or related courseExperience with large corporations or multi-national setting a plus
