 Join Our Team as a Communications Manager!
We are seeking a dynamic Communications Manager to join our Group Content Factory. In this role, you will propose and implement initiatives to promote FORVIA’s comprehensive technology portfolio and innovation capabilities to both internal and external audiences.
This position plays a critical role in supporting FORVIA’s ambition to be a sustainable mobility tech leader. 

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

-Develop and execute communication strategies:
- Craft creative and impactful communication strategies to explain and promote FORVIA’s innovations and tech portfolio, with a strong emphasis on the Group’s commitment to sustainable products ( “designed for scope 3”).
- enhance FORVIA’s presence at major tradeshows (e.g. CES in Las Vegas, AutoShanghai…)
- highlight FORVIA’s commercial successes.

-Create/Develop the associated content:
-in various formats: articles, videos, infographics, etc.) 
- and for multiple channels: intranet, website, events...  

-Track performance indicators and manage the budget. 

-You will work in close collaboration with the other Group Communication Teams (Marketing& Events, Digital, Influence), with the Group Sales & Programs teams as well as with the Marketing & Innovation teams across all FORVIA activities.
 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

•    English fluent
•    Minimum 8 years’ experience in communications
•    Autonomy, initiative, accountability
•    Storyteller and creative, able to transform complex subjects into clear and attractive content. Confirmed written skills (in French and English). Keen sense of aesthetic. 
•    Agile, enjoying fast-paced work; curious about tech, innovation, new trends and new features and willing to propose and develop new ideas. 
•    Strong project management skills: able to manage and coordinate multiple topics and stakeholders, team player with an entrepreneurship spirit, solution- and result-oriented.
•    Familiar with graphic design programs and video editing
Interpersonal and facilitation skills necessary.
Experience working in multi-cultural environment is preferred
