Job DescriptionThe Employer Branding and Communications Specialist will be required to design and deploy effective employer branding focused integrated marketing communication and engagement campaigns for Advance Auto Parts.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop the integrated communications strategy for Advance Auto Parts in alignment with the global communications team.Closely work with our partner network to ideate, design and implement employer branding communication and engagement campaigns, internally and externally, and public relations campaigns.Write, edit, and proofread content for branding and communication campaignsManage media inquiries and arrange interviews, statements, etc.Identify brand announcements and stories content for press releases, public relations and company award submissionsCreate well-researched thought leadership engine for brand positioningPlan internal events and identify seminars and conferences for brand promotionBuild communication calendars and brand templates for internal communication and social media campaignsSupport internal stakeholders in identifying agency partners for employee engagement drives.Present weekly reports/dashboards on engagement initiatives and outcomes.Stay abreast of best practices in employer branding, communications and public relationsStay on top of cutting-edge tools and explore ways to improve brand awareness and employee engagement.Experience and Requirements
Required Experience and Skills:
Master’s in Communication/MBA preferred8 or more years of experience in a communications/employer branding and/or public relations role in an MNC/agencyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsHigh level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
