Morgan Stanley is seeking a Communications Manager to join the Global Talent team. The Communications Manager will work with the Head of Communications for Global Talent to support the Firm's overall communication efforts with an emphasis on Diversity Inclusion, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. This individual will partner with leaders from all levels across the Global Talent organization to deliver against the communications goals of the organization, including driving education and awareness of various Human Capital-related initiatives and programs.
This position requires an understanding of nuanced communications, corporate-level copywriting, project management and excellent relationship skills. The position also requires attention to detail, organization, high-volume output, and experience with digital media platforms such as JIVE, Workiva, Adobe and Social Media platforms. In addition, this position requires advanced experience with presentation building in PowerPoint. This leader must be culturally fluent and sensitive to the needs of various diverse communities both within Morgan Stanley and across society at large.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
