**Description:** You will be the Communications Manager for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control \(MFC\), leading a team that supports Culture and Transformation efforts, including Human Resources, 1LMX/Transformation, Strategy & Business Development, and internal communications channel strategies to include any intranet transformation efforts\. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies to drive business results\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and communications support to senior executive leadership, leading a small team of communicators, and mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\. **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
