What you do

 

The Communications’ mission is to develop, protect and reinforce the image and reputation of Allianz Partners’ brand(s), products and leaders through the following core activities: growing the brand and managing reputation; organiing, managing and sharing internal and external initiatives to implement the communications strategy.

Key responsibilities: 

 

Support the local Managing Director and Local Leadership Team proactively, by defining and excecuting a communications strategy including brand, business and people objectives     Define and execute internal and external communications plans, in alignment with the Group communications strategy, across all channels (Intranet, corporate website, media relations and social media)  Adapt and cascade the Group vision, strategy and figures in all internal and external communication channels  Coach, prepare, accompany and train local spokespersons according to the Group standards  Manage the local communications budget   Liaise with the rest of the local communications team in the UK&IR and the Regional Head of Communications   Ensure local compliance with brand basics and guidelines  Monitor reputation locally and comply with Group press and reputation/crisis policies 

 
What you bring

 

Native English and excellent copywriting and proofreading skills   Content creation and delivery across multiple channels (internal and external)  Strong autonomy and time management  Digital and design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, O365 suite - Sharepoint, Teams, Viva Engage, OneDrive, ppt, xls)  Excellent relational skills, collaborative attitude and team spirit, ability to engage/motivate various stakeholders in new ideas or projects   Proactive mindset and capable of proposing new ideas to the team to enhance brand visibility and employee engagement.
