The Ecolab Global Communications team is seeking a dynamic and tenacious individual with excellent writing and project management skills to support executive-level communications. As Manager, Executive Communications, this individual will report directly to the Senior Manager of CEO Communications and will support various executive communications initiatives to engage and inspire Ecolab’s 48,000 employees and drive growth for the company. This is a unique, high-visibility opportunity for a communications professional to work directly and learn from the most senior executives at a global sustainability leader making a meaningful impact on people and the planet.

What You Will Do:
Work closely with the CEO, senior leadership and key subject matter experts across the enterprise to brainstorm, draft, and deliver a variety of communications including talking points and Q&As, video content, scripted remarks, speeches, emails and PowerPoint presentations. Draft concise yet detailed briefing materials used to prepare the CEO and executive leaders for internal and external engagements. Support the CEO with his LinkedIn presence by identifying engagement opportunities and planning and developing engaging content. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering strategic counsel on communication strategies and messaging.Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Proven track record of crafting and executing executive-level communication strategies. Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to resonate with diverse audiences through compelling messaging. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating complex concepts into impactful communications. Proficient in leveraging communication tools and platforms, including digital and social media, to drive engagement and amplify messaging.Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.Preferred Qualifications:
