About this opportunity:

We seek to hire a senior communications leader with experience in delivering external communications for global brands with a specific focus on tech. We are looking for someone who is logical and analytical and can help the communications team to think creatively to develop, implement and continuously evaluate the communications outputs for maximal business impact.

The Communications Manager will help drive innovative and fresh communications strategies, tactics and messaging frameworks while maintaining a consistent brand across audiences. With attention to detail being the hallmark of the communications, the person in this role will build a consistent approach across Latam South (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru and Uruguay) working with the Group functions (External Comms) and Americas Communications community to deliver high quality, creatively robust content and messaging which is relevant to our diverse audiences that include media, influencers, customers, enterprises, our current and future employees, government, regulators, and the communities within which we operate. You will work on a strategic level, but you are equally comfortable to work hands on with the organization and think creatively to develop, implement and continuously evaluate and improve the communications outputs.

What you will do:

Craft a stand-out fully integrated external communications strategy and plan that enables Ericsson to promote our brand across Latam South, in complete alignement with our Group Function and Americas strategy and guidanceActivation of Group Function (GF) and Americas external communications campaigns in Latam SouthDeliver integrated plans that increases our share of voice, which are executed locallySupport Latam South Executive Team communication in social and internal channelsCollaborate on innovative content for use externally and internally including thought leadership, blogs, videos, infographics and other digital content for distribution through social media and online and through all employee meetings and briefingsManage PR-agency network & Media monitoring in Latam SouthWork in close collaboration with Americas Comms teams as well as with our Talent Function on communication campaigns and activations aiming to deliver business value through employee advocacy

The skills you bring:

Experience in communication which should include + B2B Comms and Brand experienceSolid understanding of brand and communications strategy, techniques, efficiency and toolsExperience in various communication techniques, including earned and owned channelsDigital marketing enthusiast, demonstrating a digital first approach and adoption of AI tools (Chat GPT, etc)Focus on execution and measurable results, including working on a global scaleAbility to empower, manage and collaborate in a team in a distributed and virtual environmentEnglish Skills (spoken and written), Spanish is highly desired
