Job Summary: Responsible for answering calls, relaying messages from Doctors, patients, hospital personnel, and visitors. Monitors security cameras, monitor radio channels for ambulance, rescue, and company police officers. Controls communications for emergency situations (codes). Keep accurate and legible logs and records.

Minimum Requirements:
One year of experience working with public in the communication field, clear speech, and exceptional hearing. Capable of maneuving to respond to alarms and operate computer software/ obtain information to respond to alarms. High school diploma or GED required. Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
