We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications Officer to join our team. In this role, you will lead and deliver impactful communication strategies that enhance our brand, engage our audiences, and ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and compelling. Responsibilities Develop and implement communication plans that align with organizational objectives. Create, edit, and publish engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email newsletters. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications are on-brand and resonate with our target audiences. Monitor and evaluate the performance of communication initiatives, providing regular reports and insights. Collaborate with internal teams to promote campaigns, events, and key messages. Handle media relations, including drafting press releases, responding to inquiries, and building strong relationships with journalists. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend innovative communication strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in a communications, marketing, or PR role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of digital platforms and content management systems. Experience managing social media channels and analyzing engagement metrics. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Amenable to work onsite and shifting schedules, mostly in the night shift. Desirable: Experience in graphic design or video editing. Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising. Familiarity with the BPO industry.
