Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Communications Operator to join the Guest Services Team in Park City! This is an onsite position.
\nWith 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, this award-winning Forbes 4-Star boutique property offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, and in-room dining.
\n\nClassification: Full-Time\nShift: Various - must have a flexible schedule to work a range of shifts between the hours of 7:00am-11:00pm to include weekends and holidays.\nPay Rate: $18 per hour plus full time benefits \n\nThe ideal candidate will have the following:

What will I be doing?
\nAs a Communications Operator, you are responsible delivering an excellent Guest and Team Member experience in accordance with the True Waldorf Service Standards. Specifically:
\n\nRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues via telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nProvide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services\nMaking room reservations while gathering key information about our guests.\nCompleting Reservations Quality checks to ensure a seamless process for our guests during check-in & check-out.\nAnswer guest questions via KIPSU text messaging system.\nMonthly incentives in place for upselling rooms through our FPG program.\n\n\n#LI-LR2
