Success requires exceptional written communication, consulting, and relationship management skills, as well as a strong executive presence.Position Overview:Lead strategic project teams that shape corporate communication: Corporate Production works across every business line to produce quality content for our clients and crew by successfully leading a team of Writers, Designers, Editors and Strategists from the planning stage through the execution and delivery phases.Participate in strategic discussions and communication projects Grow in New Ways of Working (NWOW): They will have the opportunity to streamline processes and create efficiencies for a variety of workflows by leading and participating in project Pre-Mortems and Retrospectives.Understand and assess risk: As a project lead, they will gain a clear understanding of content Compliance and Brand procedures to guarantee that all communications meet the business standards.Deepen project management skills: They will work on a variety of projects with partners from across the globe to execute complex communication plans that will allow you to build relationships and promote collaboration.Responsibilities: Manages a project or workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy. Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers. Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups. Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project is preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Workfront experience required.
