We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee’s knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients. **Responsibilities** + Provide innovative and creative recommendations to program leadership and staff on developing communication strategies, plans, and products that enhance the organization’s achievement of its objectives to help a community of beneficiaries seeking federal assistance and potential compensation from injuries suffered during the administration of a medical countermeasure. + Develop leading edge communication tools and products that improve beneficiary applicant knowledge of the federal medical countermeasure injury claim program, eligibility, and application process. + Continuously analyze program goals, objectives, and activities, to identify opportunities to shape and enhance the program’s messaging and communication means and methods to improve the beneficiary applicant experience. + Enthusiastically review and offer enhancements to communication means such as the CICP website, program literature, public information products, and other communication products, to support increased transparency and plain language communications. + Provide inspirational and novel ideas regarding potential enhancements to public facing materials, letter templates and other materials. + Voluntarily and continually offer recommendations to support increased transparency, enhanced value, and use and incorporation of communication products and processes into CICP program efforts and Contractor project team initiatives. + Support reviewing and recommending communication related enhancements to materials produced by the CICP program and Contractor project team as directed. + Support the CSCS Program Manager and Project Manager’s efforts to provide daily and effective contact and communication with the HRSA CICP Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Specialist (CS), CICP Program leadership, and other associated government stakeholders as assigned. + Support the project team’s interface and communication with the CSCS Program Manager, corporate CSCS leadership, and Chenega Professional Services Strategic Business Unit (PSSBU) stakeholders. + Help develop data and data related products and processes that enable the inspiring, innovative, and effective oversight of the contract performance, quality, and consistency. + Contribute to the identification, development, and deployment of enhancements of contractor initiatives and solutions that enhance contract performance, quality, and value. + Using data, support the project team’s efforts to ensure the highest and continuous level of government agency, component organization, and direct program customer satisfaction. + Work closely with the assigned Project Manager to support the development, submission, and approval of assigned contract deliverables, based on contract designated Contract Deliverable Requirements List [CDRL] and other program documentation, reports, and other communication related artifacts identified in the contract and/or via direct request from the CICP program CO and/or COR. + Participate in the development and execution of appropriate Risk Management processes and procedures, which contribute to the mitigation and elimination of program risks, problems, and concerns, before and/or as they arise. + Coordinate appropriately with CSCS and government stakeholders as assigned and directed. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + A minimum of three years of professional experience providing communications and marketing support to organizations within the commercial and/or government industry. + High school degree and diploma. + Must have strong content development and writing skills. + Experience working in a healthcare related environment is not required but is a plus. + Computer graphics application experience is a plus. + Knowledge of developing communication products and processes that support project research and analysis work environments is preferred. + Must reside in the U.S. and be eligible to undergo a government security clearance investigation. + Able to undergo background check to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC). + Active transferable Common Access Card is not required but preferred. + Active Public Trust security clearance is not required but preferred. _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_ + Excellent oral and written communication skills. **Teleworking Permitted?** Yes **Teleworking Details** Must be able to travel to clients location occasionally Chenega Corporation and family of companies is an EOE.
