We’re currently looking for: Communications Specialist 

RingCentral MNL’s Office of the Country Manager is looking for a Communications Specialist. The successful candidate will be directly reporting to the Country Manager and shall contribute to the content development and overall management of the communications strategies of the Manila office. 

 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in: 

Develop communication plans that will identify core strategies to address specific areas of concern. Should also be able to identify the content flow, schedule of production, and delivery of communication materials. 

Write and produce official documents such as office policies in partnership with various departments 

Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print. 

Draft content for chat communications, social media, email, newsletter, website, and other platforms.  

Oversee communication projects from end-to-end. 

Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content 

Communicate and cooperate with a team; Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials. 

 

Desired Qualifications: 

Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio. 

Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions. 

Has a background in writing policy documents – HR policies, office policies, legal documents. 

Has good background in feature writing, email writing, conducting interviews for video content or publications, developing survey questionnaires, conceptualizing and organizing newsletter or website content.  

Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision. 

A self-starter. Has experience taking proactive steps to address issues by developing solutions that can be solved by good communication strategies.  

Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management. 

Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously. 

Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication. 

Has an eye for design and can work creatively with multi-media designers. 

Can create materials using Canva and other design platforms for quick and easy projects. 

Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary. 

Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint 

Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products, and services. 

Experience working in a similar front office set-up, such as the Office of the Country Manager, is an advantage.

Amenable to work in a night shift/shifting schedule
