Join us for a rewarding career in the aviation industry! **BECOME A COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST!** The Communication Specialist provides strategic support and vision for PrimeFlight's internal and external communication efforts. This position collaborates closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement communication strategies that align with the organization’s goals and values. The Communication Specialist crafts engaging and informative content that fosters employee engagement and promotes a positive work culture. With a focus on continuous improvement, this role analyzes communication effectiveness and drives initiatives that enhance brand identity and messaging across various channels. **WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AS A COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST** + Write, edit, and produce engaging content for various channels, including newsletters, press releases, social media, website, and internal communications + Assist in developing comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives + Manage and grow our social media presence, creating and curating content that resonates with our audience + Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work culture through internal communications + Craft clear, compelling messages that resonate with our brand and culture, effectively conveying key updates and initiatives + Collaborate on the planning and execution of events, including promotional materials and communication outreach + Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance communication strategies continually + Track and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements + Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance communication strategies continually + Work in an office and operational environment + May be assigned other duties as required **QUALIFICATIONS** + 18 years of age or older + Eligible to work in the United States + Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or Marketing + 2-3 years of experience in communications and marketing + Minimum one year of experience in creating and developing organic content for a company or organization + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) + Prior experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, YouTube) + Prior experience with design tools (Adobe Spark, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) + Knowledge of SEO, PPC, advertising strategies, and marketing principles + Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents + Pass a background check and drug screen + Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
