Job Description

Brambles is currently looking for a dynamic Internal Communications Specialist supporting the Technology Services function, where you'll craft engaging content and strategies to keep our teams connected and informed. Leverage your communication expertise to help foster a culture of innovation.

This role reports to the Global Communications Lead with a Hybrid -Remote working model.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with senior business stakeholders, define and implement engaging, relevant and timely internal communications for and from the TS functionBuild a strong network within and outside the function to support understanding of opportunities and challenges and help identify communications opportunitiesWork closely with regional communications to appropriately tailor global messages and campaignsExecute communications plans for projects and initiatives that support company objectivesIdentify and share key metrics to measure communication program effectivenessDevelop content including news articles, videos, podcasts, infographics and other visual communications

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Sustainability, Logistics, Commerce or related disciplineOver three years experience working in a communications and/or public relations roleExperience dealing with a significant and diverse range of employee audiences and stakeholdersAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals/teams at all levels within an organisationExperience providing communications business partnershipProven discretion and experience dealing with confidential information
