Communications Specialist

Craft, review, and edit corporate email communications.Design and develop engaging content to support employee communications, executive messaging, and internal committees.Coordinate and support company-wide town hall events.Manage executive announcement content and placement.Ensure brand guidelines are up-to-date and consistently applied across all materials.Oversee corporate templates to enhance brand cohesion and ease of use.Capture and curate engaging photo and video content to showcase company culture and activities.Maintain and enhance the company intranet ensuring timely updates and employee engagement.Support community relations, website and LinkedIn updates, and sustainability initiatives.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
5+ years of experience in communications and/or marketing.A degree or diploma in business, communications, marketing, or a relevant discipline.Strong proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, Slido, SurveyMonkey, and WordPress.A self-starter attitude with excellent initiative and time management skills.Exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to meet deadlines.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance communications strategy.A collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building abilities across departments.
