Communications Specialist III

**ManTech** is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Communications Specialist** to join our team in **Ft. Meade, MD.**
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
+ Produce high-quality written content for various communications channels, including press releases, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
+ Manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFI) from various stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery.
+ Assist in managing communication during crisis situations, providing timely and accurate information to mitigate impact.
+ Ensure all communications are consistent with the organization’s mission, values, and messaging guidelines.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications strategies and initiatives, using data to inform improvements.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field & 9 years overall experience: OR High School + 13 yrs experience; OR Associates + 11 yrs experience; OR Master's + Seven (7) yrs experience; OR PhD + Five (5) yrs experience
+ Five (5) years of position-specific relevant experience.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools.
+ Ability to work on several products concurrently while managing competing deadlines.
+ Exceptional written and verbal skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Accredited in Public Relations (APR)
+ Knowledge of DoD Cyberspace Operations
+ Technical understanding of the field of Artificial Intelligence
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must have a current/active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
+ Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
