The Communications Specialist III develops and implements comprehensive communications strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. They produce high-quality written content for various communications channels, including press releases, reports, presentations, and internal communications. They build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. The Communications Specialist II manages and responds to Requests for Information (RFI) from various stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery. They assist in managing communication during crisis situations, providing timely and accurate information to mitigate impact. They ensure all communications are consistent with the organization’s mission, values, and messaging guidelines. The Communications Specialist II monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of communications strategies and initiatives, using data to inform improvements. They take direction from more senior personnel.

The base salary range for this position is $161 to $173K. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
