SUMMARY:
Under minimal direction, the Communications Specialist Sr partners with the Director of Communications & PR. This role involves writing strategic and executive communications, developing scripts for firmwide webcasts and partnering with various teams to develop comprehensive communication plans. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, adaptable, and highly organized.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the development and delivery of recurring Firm-wide communications to target audiences using various communication vehicles.
Lead Communications strategy as a core member of project teams to develop communication plans for enterprise-level projects, strategic initiatives and marketing projects providing consultative guidance and expertise.
Work with partners to develop and refine content and scripts for firmwide webcasts.
Oversee video production activities, including creation, editing, and coordination of live webcast events to effectively reach remote offices and audiences.
Collaborates with cross-functional marketing and project teams, including Creative Services, Digital Strategy and Public Relations, and supports proofing and editing needs.
Consistently reviews analytics to identify and recommend enhancements to existing communications programs for increased adoption.
Investigates, evaluates, proposes and plans for improvements to enhance the effectiveness of firm communication channels.
Identify gaps in employee communications and provide alternative solutions for an enhanced experience.
Review, edit, and approve communications to internal audiences as needed.
