**Description:** As a Sr Communications Manager you will: Oversee all aspects of external and internal communications, to include strategic plans supporting business initiatives and pursuits, protecting and enhancing the brand, employee engagement and morale, media relations, crisis and business continuity communications, community outreach, and marketing/advertising programs\. Serve as consultants to executive leaders to assist and develop their communication strategies/plans\. Create communication content for the full spectrum of media and serve as a spokesperson with media and other external audiences\. Overarching leadership of Aeronautics' communications for the Air Mobility and Maritime Mission programs and the sites supporting the program\. Lead a team of 2\-5 entry, mid and senior level individual contributor communicators\.
