MAU is hiring a Communications Support Specialist for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Communications Support Specialist you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the department by managing daily operations, coordinating budgets and travel, processing purchase orders and expense reports, handling document management, and ensuring efficient time administration and office organization. This is a contract, long-term assignment.
Benefits Package Major Medical Coverage, including dental and vision 401k with Employer Matching Term life Short-term disability Accidental loss Uniform allowance Paid time off Paid holidays Market leading pay Opportunity for advancement Long-term assignment with opportunity for hire by client Shift Information Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Required Education and Experience High school diploma required 5+ years of experience in office administrative procedures General Requirements Proficiency in SAP requisition and purchase order systems Experience with administrative processes and standard office equipment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Preferred Requirements Associate degree preferred Essential Functions Perform and coordinate administrative tasks to support the department's daily operations Manage time administration processes for management personnel Create purchase orders and process invoices for accounts payable Handle travel requests and ensure accuracy and compliance of expense reports Provide general office support, including document preparation, file maintenance, and clerical assistance Assist with department-related tasks such as budgeting, travel arrangements, expense reports, office supplies, record retention, and sponsorship donations Execute SAP functions, including requisition processing and time administration Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparation of materials and video conferencing arrangements Demonstrate a strong understanding of budget planning and compliance requirements Support management in achieving departmental goals and completing assigned tasks
