Communications Trainee, Education and Knowledge Services

The Education & Knowledge Services Organization is looking for an Internal Communications trainee to help us to promote our learning and development offering to Nokia employees. The trainee will work with service portfolio and program owners and subject matter experts to create internal communication material and to increase awareness of existing solutions. 

We are seeking a part-time or full-time Internal Communication trainee starting immediately. As an Internal Communication trainee your primary focus will be on increasing the awareness of the Education & Knowledge Services services among Nokia employees.

The ideal candidate is a student from a relevant field of study (for example, communications, marketing, media, or journalism), is curious about education and talent development, with experience in creating highly engaging social media content and/or marketing materials for different internal media channels in English.

The target audience is primarily internal, but occasionally external-facing content creation will also be part of the role.

You will be based in our office in Espoo, Finland, and we offer flexibility for hybrid work. 

Active student's status.Hands-on experience with video shooting, editing and publishing (Adobe Package).Proficiency in MS 360 applications including Viva Engage, SharePoint Site creation and editing. UI/UX skills to help develop a website and landing pages that drive customer engagement are seen as an advantage.Experience of creating content for different social media channels.Experience of delivering presentations and conducting interviews in English.You are organized, with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.You have the willingness and ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a virtual team-oriented environment, building relationships with internal stakeholders.Work experience: We appreciate if you can demonstrate your portfolio or some sample of your previous work as part of your application (kindly include links to examples in your application).Flexibility to work across time zones.
 

Key Responsibilities

Participate in a task force to promote EKS solutions and services and innovate new ways to engage with employees.Create internal marketing and communication materials to increase the awareness of EKS solutions and services.Create short interviews, videos or podcasts.Write articles related ongoing EKS projects, to be published in Nokia internal social media.Support the planning and execution of virtual events.Collaborate and partner with different teams, portfolio managers and service owners.
