Kforce has a client that is seeking a Communications/Training Specialist in Jupiter, FL. Summary: This position will be responsible for crafting content in various formats, to support technology communications overall, starting with a specific focus on cybersecurity awareness & training. The position will also be responsible for conceiving, developing, and implementing cybersecurity awareness campaigns based on the latest cybersecurity best practices, secure behaviors, and threat landscape, and promoting a strong organizational cyber culture. Job Specific Requirements: * Communications/Training Specialist will develop engaging and informative content, communications, and cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives geared towards specific and varying audiences * Utilize diverse and original content forms (e.g., articles, posters, board games, videos, flyers, learning modules, etc.) to raise the effectiveness of the content with intended audiences * Monitor and measure the effectiveness of content (e.g., security awareness initiatives in place etc.) through various metrics (e.g., engagement, behavioral etc.) * As a Communications/Training Specialist, you will assist with design, development, and implementation of cybersecurity awareness roadmaps * Identify and interpret relevant metrics that measure the effectiveness of content * Organize cybersecurity awareness events as needed
