Purpose: As our Family Health and Wellness Coach you will work with children, youth, and caregivers with high mental health and co-occurring substance use difficulties to teach and coach skills and strategies that support the family unit in fostering and maintaining healthy habits, healthy behaviors, healthy relationships, and healthy minds.  Job Summary: Empower youth and families with short-term support services, including psychoeducation, psychosocial rehabilitation, and skill coaching. Tailored interventions will address emotional regulation, crisis and behavior management, effective parenting strategies, relationship skills and other relevant areas.
