Community Concierge team members serve as the face of the Y and support a best-in-class experience for our customers. You will actively interact and engage with community members, provide solutions and offerings, and support them in discovering opportunities at the YMCA.
Salary range starts at $16.20 per hour and opportunities to grow within the organization

Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engaged Answer phones and email inquiries Actively manage customer transactions Support facility operations by partnering with local Community Hub leadership to ensure community spaces are clean at all times Anticipate individual's needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional customer experience Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock, as needed Ensure front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently Conduct hub tours responsive to the needs of prospective customers; sell membershipsRequirements
At least 18 years of age Earned high school diploma or GED Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Bilingual, English/Spanish highly preferredChild Abuse Prevention - Supports the YMCA’s commitment to child abuse prevention by:
