The Community Development Analyst will play a crucial role in the analysis and assessment of data & processes within the Community Development segment. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational performance, informing critical decisions, and management of CRA exam preparation.
This role will directly report to the Regional Community Development Director and will support program strategic execution, including compliance with CRA and the Bank’s Community Plan.
Analytics, Insights and Systems Responsibilities:
+ Gather, evaluate, and analyze a variety of data sources, forming interpretations and recommendations to support operational decisions and insights
+ Develop and maintain reporting data models, reports, and dashboards to enable self-service data consumption by the Community Development team and business stakeholders
+ Utilize data driven insights to inform strategic decisions and improve CD team experience and learning journey
+ Create comprehensive and visually engaging executive presentations, summarizing quantitative and qualitative information
+ Communicate program and processes updates via regular reports summarizing program status, risks and mitigation strategies
+ Synchronize information from multiple data and reporting sources to support team understanding and operational excellence
+ Identify and resolve data gaps through data reconciliations and process improvements, in collaboration with stakeholders
+ Assist efforts to ensure technology solutions that are effectively integrated and consistently utilized across the Community Development team
+ Identify and evaluate potential risks and simplification opportunities
Process Methodologies & Optimization Responsibilities:
+ Maintain consistent assessment of operations and find ways to streamline processes, reduce redundancies, and improve productivity.
+ Create and study data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and workflow optimization
+ Create flowcharts, process maps and performance dashboards
+ Assist with the design and implementation of new and/or enhanced processes
+ Support ongoing development and implementation of standardized methodologies to ensure consistency in playbook execution and continuous learning
+ Create repeatable framework to ensure consistencies that support efforts to execute elite program delivery and priorities
+ Support process refinement initiatives to align community engagement with business objectives, maximizing efficiency and scaling impact
+ Manage internal CD procedures and processes, including annual company review. Assist in updating Department policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ Advanced proficiency in MS Suite & Microsoft Excel specifically (including a deep understanding of Data Manipulation, Data Reporting, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 2-5 years' experience in Community Development and/or Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) related experience
+ Administrative support experience
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities within deadlines Position requires some travel and may require overnight stays
+ Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro & Survey Monkey
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities
+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor

Compensation Range:
$57,000 - $113,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
