Reports to : Social Welfare Officer III
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education : Completion of 2 years in college
Experience : 1 year relevant experience
Training : 4 hours relevant training
Eligibility : None Required

· JOB DESCRIPTION
· Assist in the day-to-day convergence operations in his/her area of assignment;
· Assist in the administration of the SWI;
· Act as social case manager in areas where the Pantawid Pamilya Municipal Link is not a registered Social Worker and submit reports on the status of such;
· Provide interventions on Protective Services for those households found in levels 1and 2;
· Monitor the Municipal Action Teams including the Team’s accomplishments based on its plans;
· With the Provincial Link and Administrative Assistant III (Province-based) collate the Municipal Action Plans for submission to the RPMO; and
· Perform other ad hoc tasks as may be assigned by the Provincial Link.
