Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes seeks a Community Development Coordinator to join our team in our division based in Pleasanton, California. 

 

This position is vital for better understanding of the management and control over the critical path of the development of Toll communities. Responsibilities revolve around task management, organization, great communication, customer service and planning.

Primary Responsibilities:

Creates new tasks (or “matters”) and monitors each task / matter through completion, providing regular reminders and/or updates internally as necessary.Primary point of telephone and email contact for relations with the Division Community Development team.Administer and track “timeline” for all Toll future and active communities and facilitates action at certain milestones (i.e. inception, opening for sales, transition, meeting cadence, action items follow up, turn over, etc.)Monitors Corporate community association data and forwards new data to the Corporate Community Association Administrator. Initiates new tasks for the Division Community Development team as necessary using the information therein.Assists in creating letters, resolutions, etc. for the Community Development DirectorAll other duties as assigned, including but not limited to: processing monthly expense report for Division Community Development Director, the review and verification of Community Association invoices to ensure proper payment history, and assist in the gathering and tracking of all transition materials, utilities, and services for all active Community Associations.

The salary for this position $24.62-$32.00 per hour.
