Community Education Instructor

Under the general direction of the Supervisor, Training Center, conducts classes in childbirth preparation, good babysitting, poison prevention, Basic Life Support (BLS) & CPR, Management of Aggressive Behavior, and related courses and performs related duties as assigned.

Shift Details: Per diem/On-call, Variable shift

 

Required Qualifications:

One (1) year of teaching experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or training experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program Certified Childbirth Educator (for Community Instructor-Childbirth; with appropriate experience, the Instructor’s Certification can be obtained within the first year of instructing) upon hire.
