**REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and three years of related experience.
**J** **ob Description:**
To educate the community on the various programs and services offered by unique UTMB departments.
**Job Duties:**
+ Design and implement cohesive outreach plans for schools and communities to include both in-person and virtual outreach opportunities.
+ Create and distribute marketing and educational materials, such as flyers, newsletters, presentations, implement outreach plans for UTMB TCMHCC projects.
+ Act as the primary contact for TCHATT outreach services.
+ Ensure accurate management of TCHATT outreach data in compliance with relevant Consortium policies and deadlines through the development of reports and logs to track program progress and outreach efforts.
+ Participate in ongoing meetings, conferences, and workshops to remain informed about program
+ Adhere to internal controls established for department.
+ Other duties as related.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in public health, education, outreach, or marketing with a solid understanding of community engagement and educational strategies.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
+ Willingness to trave and work flexible hours as necessary to achieve program goals.
**Salary Range:**
Commensurate with experience.
