Kemper interns will be exposed to the following concepts and experiences:
Research partnership opportunities that exist in the community
Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment of partnership criteria
Contact and communicate with organizations via email to schedule initial meetings
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness in the community
Build recommendations of what partnerships may be beneficial to engage in
Present findings to the team to share proposals of partnership opportunities using data and research
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):
Junior or Senior status enrolled at University of Texas Rio Grande Valley
Proficient in Spanish both written and verbal
Qualifying majors in an academic area related to marketing or financial services/insurance industry, such as, finance, data analytics, communications, accounting, or business administration
Non-business majors are welcome if strong interest in financial services and/or insurance industry
A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale
This position is a hybrid role and may require work in the office 3-4 days a week
