Job Description
This person will be supporting the new world's reading initiative. This initiative helps children who are struggling to read get more exposure. This individual will be supporting the South Florida area (Miami, Broward County, Lee County, etc.) They will be facilitating events for these children at schools, rec centers, libraries, etc. They will be traveling to these events weekly and presenting and facilitating the New World's reading program. They will need to locate and set up locations for family literacy events, caregiver workshops, presentations, application support, and meetings. A main responsibility will be to distribute and collect documentation from participants, such as applications, surveys, questionnaires, focus groups, etc. and other data needed to support evaluation of projects. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about learning and reading for the next generation. This position will pay $61,000 - $65,000 depending upon experience.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bilingual - English and Spanish
Experience or passion for learning, teaching or reading
Organized, detail oriented and experience putting together / planning events or presentations
Ability to work flexible hours
Working after hours, weekends, etc. 40 hours per week
Travel required - Milage reimbursed
Once a quarter to the team event
Weekly within their counties Experience in engagement work, engagement events, or education
Adaptable, organized, have the ability to balance deadlines null
