Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Community Foreman of Internal Renovations position.

SHIFTS

Mon-Fri day shift, with some wknds

 

In this role, you will coordinate, manage, and assist in all renovation activities. This position will be fully engaged in all resale activities and work closely with all vendors to ensure apartments and/or other renovation projects are being completed as scheduled.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent4-5 years of technical maintenance experienceTechnical knowledge of painting, carpentry, layout work, and tool utilization, as well as knowledge of all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and sprinkler systemsGood working knowledge of all phases of electricity and national electrical codesUnderstanding of national fire protection codes, EPA, and OSHA, as well as other local, state, and federal regulationsMust possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range $28.75 - $35.88 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
