Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field\n3+ years of solid community management experience\nExperience with community management platforms\nStrong understanding of community metrics and KPIs\nExcellent written and verbal communication \nBackground in customer success or member services\nExperience with event planning and management\nKnowledge of content creation and social media management\nCertifications in Community Management or Digital Marketing are preferred\nCandidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:\nProject management\nStrong strategic planning abilities\nExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills\nData analysis and reporting\nCrisis management\nContent creation and curation\nEvent planning and coordination\nWhat to expect...\n
Schedule:\nMajority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.\nCompensation:\nRate starts at $5 per hour\nPayment is made via Deel\nEquipment:Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n
