With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that’s built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. **Summary:** The Community Health On Site Coordinator is responsible for health events in the community setting, coordinates the set up, traffic flow, break down, transports supplies and equipment, collects fees and schedules appointments, acts as liaison between community and health care facilities, coordinates duties of screening team and volunteers and performs other duties as assigned.
