Engages with customers on health education, manages the on-site screening team, and ensures HIPAA-compliant documentation. Responsible for site safety, staff training, event management, and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders. Oversees event operations, customer service, inventory control, and staff performance, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while keeping accurate operational event records. Performs other duties as assigned.
