Summary:
The Community Impact Capital (CIC) Asset Manager II works with internal parties including accounting, tax, credit, and policy to ensure performance of portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analysis and management of the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) portfolio including Multi-funds, Proprietary-funds, and alternative investments. Identifies portfolio issues and potential risks/economic risks, monitors compliance for regulatory requirements. Evaluates and reports on portfolio performance and recommends strategies to elevate risks. Responsible for on-boarding new investments into the asset management system/system of record and managing asset through construction, compliance, and disposition. Drives syndicators to be proactive and implement strategies to resolve operational, financial, and compliance issues watchlist properties.Conducts site visits as needed on distressed assets. Reviews and processes equity draws and asset management requests to ensure benchmarks in the Limited Partnership Agreements are being meant. Works with underwriting team to conduct annual syndicator scoring. Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree5+ years related LIHTC experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Experience in LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 42 Compliance, non-profit housing/affordable housing industry
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)

Compensation Range:
$70,000.00 - 105,000.00 - 140,000.00 Annual SalaryThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
