Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Qualifications For a Co-op:

Must be enrolled in a related degree program for all 3 Co-op rotations: Fall 2025, Summer 2026, Spring 2027The first rotation is full time where 3-4 class hours are allowed. The 2nd and 3rd rotations have the possibility of being part- time while in school.

Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for project management and execution of in person and virtual volunteer projects and campaigns, specifically within STEAM, employment skills, technology access and access to quality education; including recruiting and managing volunteers, working with nonprofit partners to plan events, day of logistics, and follow-up

Write event recaps and stories to celebrate the work that employees are doing in the community

Support the preparation of CSR department presentations and reports

Data entry and content creation for CSR employee engagement portal (Cox Impact)

Perform information gathering and project-related research as needed

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility, community engagement, and employee engagement.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently

Creativity

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
