We are seeking a dynamic Community Initiatives Manager & Creative Services Producer to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for managing community outreach efforts and creating compelling promotional content that enhances our stations' brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Initiatives Management:

Develop and implement community outreach programs that align with the station's mission and valuesBuild and maintain relationships with local organizations and community leadersCoordinate and participate in community events, sponsorships, and partnershipsTrack and report on the effectiveness of community impact initiatives

Creative Services Producer:

Write, produce, and edit promotional spots that highlight the station's brand, programming, and community involvementCollaborate with creative team to develop innovative promotional campaignsEnsure all promotional content is consistent with the station's brand voice and messaging

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related fieldProven experience in community outreach, public relations or a similar role5+ years of experience producing promotion spots at a television stationStrong writing, editing and production skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Adobe Premier video editing software and production tools
