Community Investment Specialist

 

As the Community Investment Specialist in the area of Corporate Affairs and Communications, you will:

Lead CI projects with mentorship, collaborate with functions, find vendors, plan programs, report progress, manage finances, supervise events, submit reports. Work with partners for the onboarding process using the ATAI system, ensuring the timely submission of all requirements. Lead coordination with Global Indirect Procurement for the sourcing of vendors for items and services that may be required by the project. Coordinate the development of communication materials (email, Workplace, BTV, Social Media/Digital) to promote CI initiatives, ensuring equal participation among JTI entities and employees. Manage the Community Investment records to ensure transparency and security of all documents related to partners, programs, and projects in preparation for budget planning and audit checking. Provide assistance to meeting and travel requirements of the Community Investment and CA&C team. Requirements: Graduate of a 4-year course Background in work involving coordination with various people representing various functions will be helpful. Must have a strong command of the English and Filipino languages with strong writing and presentation skills Functional skills: Customer service, coordination skills, problem-solving skills, high proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and in work-relevant applications such as Canva.
