What You’ll Do:
As a Community Liaison, you will play a key role in growing Help at Home’s client base. This is a dynamic, client-facing position where you will be responsible for:
Sourcing new business by developing strong relationships within the community and referral networks in Gulfport and surrounding areas.Performing proactive outreach to prospective clients in the Gulfport area, ensuring our services are well-known and accessible.Following up on leads in a timely and efficient manner to maintain consistent engagement.Maintaining accurate sales records in our database, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.Coordinating client visits with the Client Coordinator to deliver information, service plans, and contracts to potential clients.Keeping the state informed and ensuring proper procedures are followed for qualifying clients for reimbursable services.Taking on additional duties as needed to support the team and organization.What We’re Looking For:
A customer-centered, consultative sales approach, with the ability to connect with people and truly listen to their needs.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively share information and influence outcomes.Negotiation skills to help guide discussions with potential clients and referral sources.Ability to work independently and collaborate well with others to build relationships and get things done.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to track activities and keep records up to date.A valid driver’s license, reliable car, and insurance for daily travel within the Gulfport region.Experience & Education:
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.At least two years of experience in Customer Service, telephone sales, or community outreach.Knowledge of service agreements and the ability to navigate client needs.Physical & Travel Requirements:
Ability to move between client homes and offices, including ascending and descending stairs.Regular travel is required, so comfort with daily or weekly travel (even in inclement weather) is necessary.Why Help at Home?
