The community is part of an integrated design with the existing Falls Village 18 hole golf course, and construction will soon begin on a 12,000 square foot clubhouse and resort pool, as well as a Racquet Center with 12 pickleball and 2 tennis courts. Additionally, the community will feature over 10 miles of walkable paths and sidewalks, a dog park, a great lawn, and sits adjacent to Zinc House Winery & Brewery and just south of the 12,000 acre Falls Lake State Recreation Area. **Position Summary:** The Lifestyle Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of programs and activities that promote social interaction, wellness, and engagement among our residents.
