In person/Hybrid: Required to be in the office Tuesday through Thursday through introductory period. Reduced to two days a week after successful introductory period.

\n\nProvide exceptional customer service to homeowners in the communities they serve\nConducting onsite inspections to oversee work done by 3rd party vendors and to enforce the rules and regulations of the community\nAttending evening board meetings; writing minutes of each meeting\nProviding leadership and consulting with our clients on best practices regarding the management and oversight of their community.\nManage 3rd party vendors\nSome project management support\nWriting letters and newsletters\nCreating budgets\nDrive to HOA Associations as needed\n\nWhat You Bring
\nWe are looking for a top-notch individual who is:
\n\nPersonable and engaging in communicating with clients\nSkilled at building relationships\nDelivers exceptional customer service and has good phone etiquette\nComfortable working independently,\nHas at least three years of experience in HOA property management,\nHas a working knowledge of homeowner’s associations, and familiarity with communities in the South Bay\nAbility to multi-task, with strong organizational skills\nPossesses strong written and verbal communication and computer skills (MS Office, Zoom, Adobe, Teams, Sharepoint)\nProfessional, confident, self-starter\nStrong problem-solving skills\nMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license\nCAI and/or CACM Certification(s) a plus\n\n\n RequirementsExperience:
