Community Manager - on Site

The Community Manager r is responsible for the day-to-day administration of a single-site condominium community.

\n

\n

Responsibilities include:

\n\nYou will hire and manage site staff\nYou will advise the board and implement its decisions; administer the services, programs, and operations per policies and guidelines established by the board and the governing documents.\nYou will consult routinely and openly with the Board and will seek input and advice from Management as needed.\nYou should have a can-do attitude with a sincere commitment to the position.\nA focus and appreciation for client satisfaction\nStrong leadership skills and an ability to promote community harmony and satisfaction\nSuperb communication skills, both oral and written\nA thorough understanding of condominium management operations with an emphasis on contract and vendor management\nAbility to think analytically; ability to read and interpret condominium documents, contracts, proposals\nAbility to read and interpret financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger) with a critical eye\nExcellent computer skills with Web-based applications and Microsoft Office\nAbility and desire to learn\n\n Requirements\n\n\n\nEducation and Training:\nBachelor's Degree with industry designation (CMCA, AMS, PCAM, ARM, CPM) preferred\nA minimum of 5 years of hands-on community management experience is required\n\n\n
