Responsibilities

The role of the Community Manager is to lead, coordinate, support and facilitate all site events and be the point of contact for the client, site teams and their customers. The Community Manager is responsible for creating and nurturing a culture of excellence that delivers on the provision of a best-in-class service for the account.


The individual will work closely with site staff and their customers, as well as other service partners in the business, and as this role is highly visible. The role is hands on as required with the role holder being involved and supporting all aspects of events, whilst being proactive, adaptable and flexible.

 

Manage the marketing strategy and annual budget

Manage social media channels and provide monthly content

Attend industry relevant networking

Attend monthly marketing update calls with the Client

Provide monthly marketing reports including social media updates, digital marketing performance, tenant liaison updates, events, PR and communication updates

Work with 3rd party suppliers to raise the building’s profileDealing with press releasesResponsible for events management in the buildingFirst point of contact for all eventsBuilding relationships with event providersTo build a highly trusted relationship with the site teams and their customers ensuring our delivery is proactive and engaging. Listen and promptly act appropriately and constantly collaborate Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

 

Experience in an events environment and marketingExperience in event coordinationThe ideal candidate will thrive in a quick moving, ambiguous environment, have an extraordinary attention to detail, while still working under tight deadlines. They will be collaborative, supportive, and skilled in handling multiple, complex, concurrent eventsOutstanding customer service skills and orientationProficient in MS Office and Outlook, and possess excellent written and verbal communication and people skillsMust be able to demonstrate flexibility in relation to type of works carried out and availability with events often operating out of hoursAn excellent customer focused manner at all timesAbility to be proactive and to possess strategic thinking and planning skillsStrong communication skills, leadership, teamwork, analysis, judgment, and customer focusAble to evaluate priorities and re-juggle as appropriateAble to resolve conflict and communicate intentions clearlyDeliver on time and with high quality resultsA proven team player at ease with sleeves rolled up approachExperience being involved with Workplace or Facilities operations at an event levelExcellent PC skills, proficient in Microsoft officeCustomer focusedGood communicator – both written and verbalAssertive, proud, positivePossess cultural awareness and sensitivityFluent or first language English is required (written and oral) Closing
