With over 30 locations throughout the U.S. and treatment options available virtually, ERC Pathlight meets patients where they’re at to offer innovative, compassionate, and comprehensive treatment for eating disorders, as well as mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.
We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. With the critical need for mental health care and eating disorder treatment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re looking for passionate and qualified professionals who will live out our mission to help save the lives of our patients.
What you’ll be doing:
This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will help the company serve patients daily in a multitude of ways.
The Community Outreach Liaison (COL) is responsible for marketing and clinical outreach, education, support and resources for alumni, families, nonprofits and community members within the assigned region. This is a remote position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategically builds and strengthens relationships with community partners & nonprofits, including but not limited to hosting meetings, cosponsoring events, collaborating using social media and expanding resources while growing ERC Pathlight’s referral network Supports aftercare for former patients & families through follow up phone calls/emails, community events, online resources and support groups Facilitates weekly alumni/family/community support groups & provide clinical follow up contact to group members Strategizes, promotes and implements regional and national marketing initiatives, events and campaigns (i.e. prospective patient events, virtual education events, Love Your Tree Campaign, Recovery Day, awareness walks, etc.) Provides clinical information and expert opinions to help shape marketing campaign and project messaging. Provide mental health expertise and consultation to other marketing teammates Sources, vets and assists with the placement of alumni & families in media opportunities, blogging, speaking events & social media participation Educates clinical teams and families about our educational offeringsQualifications:
Clinical Graduate Degree required (Social Work, Counseling, etc). Licensure strongly preferred. 2+ years’ experience in clinical role &/or 2+ years in community organizing & project management. Strong organizational skills and project management. Excellent communication skill: able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. Able to quickly develop rapport with others. Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, including the occasional nights & weekendsWhat’s in it for you:

Compensation starting range for the Community Outreach Liaison - WA role is $78,000 to $88,000. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
