Job Summary:
We are The Joint Chiropractic, a family of 6+ clinics in Greater Milwaukee, seeking a proactive and assertive Community Outreach Specialist to generate new patient leads and enhance our presence in the local community! This individual will play a vital role in driving our outreach efforts, connecting with local businesses, and participating in community events to promote the benefits of chiropractic care.
Key Responsibilities:Local Business Outreach:Visit local businesses and request permission to leave referral cards near their registers.Engage with employees of these businesses, inviting them to visit our clinic and learn more about our services.Community Engagement:Represent The Joint Chiropractic at various table events, speaking engagements, and community meetings such as Kiwanis, United Way, Chamber of Commerce, and Rotary Club.Actively participate in farmers markets and other vendor events, showcasing our services and gathering contact information from interested attendees.Event Coordination:Organize and participate in local health fairs, corporate wellness events, and other community-focused activities to promote chiropractic care.Lead Generation:Proactively ask individuals for their contact information to facilitate follow-up and scheduling of clinic visits.Develop and maintain a database of potential leads and community contacts.Promotion and Outreach:Effectively communicate the benefits of chiropractic care and what The Joint Chiropractic Clinic offers.Be an enthusiastic ambassador for the clinic, ensuring a positive and professional image in all community interactions.Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to be proactive and assertive in outreach activities.Comfortable speaking in public and engaging with diverse groups of people.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Previous experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach is preferred.Benefits:Salary: $30k - $37k plus commission based bonus.Comprehensive training and support.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on community health and wellness.
