This role is all about building meaningful connections through outreach, engagement, and relationship-building, you'll help ensure that communities have access to information and support they need. + Hybrid work arrangement and flexible hours options are available. + This role will require significant time spent outside of the office, working in the community, including occasional evenings and weekends. + Must be able to work occasional weekends, evening and/or holiday hours to represent DPS at community engagement events and celebrations. **Minimum Qualifications** + Two years of full-time equivalent outreach, education, or training experience. + Computer skills demonstrating proficiency with word processing, database, spreadsheet, and presentation software. + Ability to work cooperatively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and underserved communities. + Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills sufficient to communicate effectively and concisely with a broad variety of stakeholders. + Experience engaging historically impacted populations through inclusive and equitable outreach.
